The Organizer provides complimentary accommodation for up to two nights for Star Couples (Top 12), subject to prior agreement with the Organizer. Accommodation will be booked directly by the Organizer. Complimentary airport transfers (arrival and departure) are also provided.

For all other Star Couples, complimentary airport transfers (arrival and departure) are provided.

Complimentary accommodation and airport transfers are subject to registration for the event and confirmation by email to balticcup@swiatowid.elblag.pl no later than 11 October 2026 (inclusive). After this deadline, the Organizer cannot guarantee accommodation or airport transfers, as they will be subject to availability.
